Younan Properties is continuing its expansion into the Phoenix market with the purchase of a 138,000-square-foot office property. Woodland Hills-based Younan paid $20.5 million for the building, which it acquired from Presidio Investments. Younan, a privately-held real estate investment company, said it owns about 812,000 square feet of properties in the Phoenix market.
