Hope of the Valley Signs North Hills Lease

Hope of the Valley Rescue Mission has relocated its corporate headquarters to a 25,000-square-foot facility in North Hills.The new home base for nonprofit serving the homeless at 16641 Roscoe Place represents an expansion that is three times larger than its previous headquarters.Ron Kassan and Art Minassian of Beitler Commercial Realty Services represented both the landlord and tenant Hope of the Valley in the transaction. Financial terms of the lease were not disclosed.“The new corporate headquarters will serve as a pillar in Hope of the Valley’s making homeless history campaign,” Kassan and Minassian said in a statement. “Working on this assignment means so much when the cause is to help the community and people (in need).”
