The dual-building Calabasas Center Two in Calabasas sold to a single buyer, according to Lee & Associates – LA North/Ventura Inc. A limited liability corporation, La Cienega Jefferson, bought the two office buildings totaling more than 33,000 square feet at 26540 and 26560 Agoura Road for about $8.2 million, according to Jay Rubin, principal with Lee & Associates. The two buildings are 91 percent occupied, Rubin said. The largest of the two structures, 26560 Agoura Road, is more than 24,400 square feet. Both structures are two stories and were built in 1979. Rubin, and Lee & Associates President Mike Tingus, negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller, who is a tenant in the building. Lance Levin, president of Lancelot Commercial Industrial Brokerage, represented the buyer on the deal, according to Lee & Associates.
