Illumination Dynamics Becomes First Tenant at Needham Ranch

Illumination Dynamics has completed a move to its new headquarters, the first building at the Needham Ranch complex in Santa Clarita. The lighting and mobile power generation equipment supplier for the motion picture, television, special events and sports broadcast markets has moved to a 67,600-square-foot facility at 21335 Needham Ranch Parkway. It previously had been in the city of San Fernando. The building is the first to be completed at the new Needham Ranch industrial park and features an open plan design, purpose-built office areas, upstairs and downstairs conference rooms, a new employee kitchen area, outside patio and environmentally friendly, energy-saving construction. Illumination Dynamics Chief Executive Carly Barber said the new building was custom designed to meet specific needs and offers a clean new environment for the clients and employees. “This move is energizing all of us, motivating us to reinvent our operations and better positioning (Illumination Dynamics) for the future trends of our business,” Barber said in a statement. “We look forward to future opportunities within the local entertainment community, while still actively servicing our customers in the Los Angeles area.” Other key features of the building include 30-foot ceilings, a large demo room, centralized loading docks and a warehouse area with an open floor space, which will allow for a more streamlined work environment and better collaboration between departments, the company said.
