A nearly 19,000-square-foot warehouse in Sun Valley has sold for more than $3 million, according to commercial real estate brokerage NAI Capital Inc. in Encino. The Finkelstein Family Trust sold 8541 to 8543 Lankershim Blvd. on just under an acre for $3.15 million, NAI said. The buyers were Kerry T., Christopher F., and Mark Seidenglanz of Sun Valley, under the limited liability entity Lankershim Business Props, according to CoStar Group Inc. The family trust paid $949,000 for the building in 1993, according to CoStar. Chris Jackson, NAI executive managing director, and Todd Lorber, executive vice president, arranged the deal on behalf of the Finkelsteins.
