Retail Broker Kyle Fishburn Joins Kennedy Wilson

Commercial real estate agent Kyle Fishburn has joined Beverly Hills-based real estate company Kennedy Wilson Property Services as a senior associate in the Los Angeles office of the brokerage division. As a commercial real estate broker who specializes in leasing anchored shopping centers, Fishburn, has covered a lot of San Fernando Valley territory, including his recent representation of Douglas Emmett’s Sherman Oaks Galleria, which brought the site to fully-leased status for the first time in five years. Among other transactions, Fishburn brought local restaurant group Frida Mexican Cuisine to the Galleria. In his role at Kennedy Wilson, Fishburn will represent approximately 300,000 square feet of retail space in Santa Monica, the San Fernando Valley and Conejo Valley, including Whizin Market Square, a shopping center in Agoura Hills. Fishburn plans to import his experience in the Agoura Hills market to work in tandem with Christine Deschaine and Brent Ball, also of Kennedy Wilson, and continue building Whizin’s tenant mix. “Kyle has a passion for analyzing market trends and applying the data to create tenant synergy at the properties he represents,” said Kennedy Wilson Property Services President Ed Sachse. “He generates value for his clients while bringing new amenities to the market. I’m excited to have his energy and perspective on the Kennedy Wilson brokerage team.”
