Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. has announced that the real estate firm will provide property management services for two commercial centers in Glendale and Burbank. Between them, Glendale Marketplace and Burbank Town Center represent more than 1.3 million square feet of retail space. With 153,525 square feet of open-air retail and entertainment across from the Americana at Brand development, Glendale Marketplace is home to several national retailers including AT&T, Outback Steakhouse and LA Fitness. A Ross Dress for Less store has tenancy pending at the site. Burbank Town Center, a 1.2 million-square-foot shopping center with an enclosed mall and eight outparcel buildings, is located at 201 E. Magnolia Blvd. The property is anchored by such prominent retail tenants as Macy’s, Sears, Burlington, Ashley Furniture, AMC Theaters, Crunch Fitness, Old Navy and Barnes & Noble. It recently underwent a nearly $60 million makeover that has attracted a slew of new tenants, including Cost Plus, Carters, H&M and Shoe Palace. “We’re thrilled to have the opportunity to connect these assets to the community and work with the asset team to create vibrant retail destinations,” said JLL Director of Retail Property Management Karen Raquet in a statement. Jones Lang LaSalle is headquartered in Chicago. The firm has an office in Burbank.
