Preview: Uncertain Future at the Office

From finance giant Farmers Insurance to successful technology firm Feedonomics to B2B service Scherzer International, companies are looking to adjust the size of their office lease, mostly by shrinking their footprint.

All three companies are located in Woodland Hills. They represent a wave of lease adjustments in the Valley market as companies evaluate how much space they will need as they transition to hybrid workforces.
