Farmers Insurance Group, based in Woodland Hills, has named Suzie Elliott its new head of human resources. Prior to her appointment, Elliott served as Farmers’ human resources business partner for head of claims, a role in which she oversaw a team of HR professionals in executing a number of business strategies. She also played an active role in developing the Inclusion@Farmers initiative, building on experience she obtained in her former post as the first group head of diversity and inclusion for Zurich Insurance. “Suzanne has shown exceptional leadership in her past roles within the human resources team,” Deborah Aldredge, chief administrative officer for Farmers, said in a statement. “We are confident she will continue to deliver on our key strategic initiatives.”
