French outsourcing services company Teleperformance USA-FHCS is shuttering its Burbank office, according to a filing with the California Employment Development Department. “Teleperformance USA-FHCS Inc. recently made plans to change the structure of our customer service organization. Specifically, the changes relate to how we will handle customer and client inquiries and where those inquiries will be answered,” the company said in a statement. The facility’s closure will not, however, result in layoffs. Rather, the office’s roughly 140 employees will transition to a work-from-home arrangement. The office space at 111 N. First St. Suite 201 in downtown Burbank will close March 31.
