The family law firm formerly known as Brot & Gross has changed its name to Brot Gross Fishbein LLP with addition of a new partner. Gary Fishbein joins the Sherman Oaks firm bringing nearly 40 years of experience in family law, dissolution and paternity actions, high-conflict child custody cases and complex financial matters regarding support and marital assets. “I’ve known Ron and Mark for a long time, and I’ve always thought of Brot & Gross as a high-quality law firm that mimics my approach to the practice of law – zealous advocacy on behalf of clients,” said Fishbein in a statement. “I’m happy to be joining a firm that is known not only for its successes, but also for its integrity.” Fishbein was previously a partner at Los Angeles-based Buter Buzard Fishbein & Royce; he has served as a Judge Pro Tem and mediator through the Los Angeles County Superior Court, and as a member of the executive committee for the Family Law Section of the Los Angeles County Bar.
