Grey is the managing partner of the Woodland Hills office for Baker Tilly, a CPA and consulting firm. He has developed an extensive audit and tax practice, specializing in tax minimization,financial statement optimization and sophisticated estate planning. Grey’s experience outside of public accountingincludes roles as chief financial officer of US Tel and SeesmartTechnologies, both public companies, and chief executive for additional consumer products and real estate development companies.He was one of the founders and was managing partner of SRG, which merged into Squar Milner in 2019. Then in 2020, the firm merged with Baker Tilly, which is the ninth largest CPA firm in the United States.
