On Board
Matsuda brought more than 30 years of experience as a business and community leader to her firm, On Board, which she opened in 2018. She is the former publisher and president of the Business Journal, where she raised the profile of the publication by creating business-focused special events and unique content. She is the co-chair of the Fernando Awards Foundation, in which she also serves as the chair of the 64th annual gala to honor exceptional individuals for community service. Matsuda also serves as a board member of the Valley Economic Alliance and as an advisory board member for the Community Foundation of the Valleys.
