Bonrouhi, an investment banker with more than 20 years’ experience, is managing director and co-founder of Calabasas Capital, where he provides mergers and acquisitions advisory services and capital-raising services for family businesses and other lower middle-market privately held companies. Calabasas Capital targets companies with between $10 million and $100 million in revenues and has a reputation selling clients’ businesses to large strategic buyers and private equity firms for maximum value. Bonrouhi began his investment banking and CPA career on the East Coast with Merrill Lynch and Price Waterhouse. He is on the board of the 101 Corridor Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.
