Sanwari is the senior vice president and area manager of the Kaiser Permanente Woodland Hills Medical Center and the western Ventura County area, where he oversees all health plan and hospital operations, serving nearly 265,000 members; he manages a $1.9 billion budget. Prior to this role, he was the chief operating officer of the Panorama City and Antelope Valley medical center areas. Sanwari is on the boards of the Valley Industry and Commerce Association and the Warner Center Association. Until recently, he served on the boards of M.E.N.D. (Meet Each Need with Dignity), an organization committed to eliminating poverty, and the Valley Economic Alliance.
