Valley Economic Alliance
Blake is president and chief executive of the Valley Economic Alliance. In that role, she facilitates economic development in the San Fernando Valley. Previously, she was director of Community Business in Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti’s Office of Economic Development. Among her past roles, Blake served as chief executive of the National Association of Women Business Owners – Los Angeles and director of the Office of the Small Business Advocate for then-Gov. Gray Davis. In 2010, she was nominated for a Daytime Emmy as producer of a public service announcement for the Legal Aid Foundation.
