After seven years at Cresa Partners of Los Angeles, Pearson transitioned to Cushman & Wakefield in May as the firm purchased the three Cresa offices, which had locations in Westlake Village and Woodland Hills. As senior associate, she continues to work in tenant representation and corporate services, alongside husband Rick Pearson. She represents companies throughout the San Fernando and Conejo valleys, helping them find corporate space. Active in the community, Pearson is a member of Association for Corporate Growth 101 Corridor chapter, The Exchange and Align Women networking organizations. She has also served on the board of ONEgeneration and as co-chair of Child and Family Guidance Center’s Development Committee.
