Cusumano Real Estate Group
Cusumano heads the Burbank-based Cusumano Real Estate Group, known for its creation of the 480,000-square-foot Talaria at Burbank complex. The project won the Business Journal’s Mixed-Use Project of the Year Award and the Grand Award at the 2019 Gold Nugget Awards. The Cusumano family is the largest owner of multifamily units in the region. Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center recently opened the Cusumano Family Health Center, which was funded by the family, as well prior hospital initiatives such as the Cusumano Family Neuroscience Center and Cusumano Family Radiation Oncology Department at the Disney Family Cancer Center. Cusumano is a past chair of the Providence Saint Joseph Foundation board.
