CyberCoders, a subsidiary of On Assignment Inc. in Calabasas, has released research results on the most sought-after skills for professionals in information technology, accounting and construction. Staffers at the recruiting firm analyzed more than 11,000 job postings from its clients to come up with the list. Skill in writing React, a subtype of the computer language JavaScript, topped the list as the most wanted skill for job-seekers in IT, followed by Docker and Node JS. In construction some of the most in-demand skills were commercial building, estimating and project management. “If you are a junior developer looking to take the next step in your career, having knowledge of the market and using this skills data can help optimize and focus your resume,” Shane Lamb, president of CyberCoders, said in a statement. CyberCoders, based in Irvine, is On Assignment’s recruiting service for engineering, technology, construction, sales and finance professionals.
