Westlake Park Place, a 238,943-square-foot, five-building office campus in Westlake Village sold last week. Invesco Real Estate of Newport Beach made the purchase for an undisclosed sum, according to brokerage CBRE Group Inc., which made the announcement. Kevin Shannon, vice chairman and managing director at the El Segundo office of CBRE, was one of the listing brokers on the deal. “This is considered a trophy asset in the Southern California office market, and is without a doubt the premiere office park in the Ventura and Conejo Valleys,” he said in a statement. The property, which has four addresses along Townsgate Road, was developed and owned by Amstar of Denver, Travelers Cos. Inc. of New York and Searles Property Group of Irvine. Ken White, Tom Bohlinger, Brad Burton and Mike Longo from CBRE also represented the seller in the transaction.
