Buffalo’s Café will open its first store in California tomorrow in Palmdale. The Dallas, Ga.-based company has 16 locations in Georgia, Florida, and now California, as well as three in Kuwait and one in Saudi Arabia. The chain’s menu features chicken wings served with a variety of sauces. The 4,500 square-foot restaurant in Palmdale has a seating capacity of 165 people and is located at 4611 E. Ave. S. Buffalo’s Café was acquired in 2011 by Beverly Hills-based Fog Cutter Capital Group Inc., which runs the Fatburger chain of fast-food restaurants. In early September the company announced that Fatburger would begin selling items with Buffalo’s sauces to raise awareness of its sister brand.
