California Lutheran University, which has seen international student enrollment rise 20 percent over last year, is hosting International Education Week next month. About 330 international students spanning 38 countries enrolled in classes this fall, the university said. International Education Week kicks off on Nov. 14. It will consist of various activities including a panel discussion where international students will be given the opportunity to discuss their experiences at CLU and a World Fair that will offer food and interactive displays representing the various cultures of CLU students. The week-long event will also recognize the school’s study abroad program, which will include 200 participants this year, a 33 percent increase over last year.
