Chatsworth-based lighting firm Lamps Plus has entered into an endorsement partnership with L.A. Dodgers utility player Enrique “Kiké” Hernandez and his fiancee Mariana Vicente, a former Miss Universe Puerto Rico who now works as an actress and model. The agreement will see Lamps Plus’ products exposed to the couple’s significant social media fan base; Hernandez boasts more than 360,000 followers on Instagram while Vicente has nearly 49,000. The company outfitted Hernandez and Vicente’s home with lamps and other furnishings, including custom pillows featuring images of their dogs, as part of the deal. This is Lamps Plus second promotional partnership with a professional athlete. The company has an ongoing agreement with L.A. Chargers player Forrest Lamp and his girlfriend Natosha Boden, who signed on last April to endorse the company’s products.
