Los Robles Hospital Names CEO

Natalie Mussi has been appointed chief executive of Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center after five years at the Hospital Corp. of America facility. Mussi has served as chief operating officer of the Thousand Oaks hospital. She previously was an executive at Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence, Mo. and Riverside Community Hospital in Riverside, also facilities owned by the Nashville, Tenn. hospital corporation. Mussi replaces Greg Angle, who was promoted to president of HCA’s Mountain Division based in Salt Lake City. “She is our first female CEO and it is very well deserved,” said board Chairman Rick Lemmo, senior vice president of Los Angeles developer Caruso Affiliated. “The board is engaged and ready to continue to work with Natalie as we keep elevating health care for area residents.” The hospital features a 344-bed main building, a 21-bed surgical unit and an east campus that houses acute rehabilitation and transitional care cases. It was ranked the most profitable hospital in the greater Valley last year by the Business Journal. It reported an operating margin of 31.8 percent to state regulators.
