Interlink Electronics has made changes to its executive ranks as the company enters the next phase of growing its business. Declan Flannery, the chief operating office of the Camarillo company, has been appointed managing director of the Force-Sensing Resistor business unit. Howard Goldberg takes over as COO after serving as executive vice president of business development. The appointments of Flannery and Goldberg allow Interlink to focus on internal and external growth opportunities, Chief Executive Steven Bronson said. “This is part of our overall philosophy to continuously increase the value we bring to our customers, shareholders, and employees,” said Bronson, in a prepared statement. Interlink develops and manufactures touch pad and mouse technology for computers and other electronic equipment used in industrial and consumer applications. Shares were unchanged at $12.50 in light over-the-counter trading.
