Narcotics Anonymous World Services, a 12-step peer support group for individuals battling addiction, is renewing its lease in Chatsworth. The nonprofit organization founded in 1953 leases 50,000 square feet in the Northridge Business Park, said Scott Caswell, a broker with Delphi Business Properties Inc. in Van Nuys. He brokered the $2 million renewal deal for the organization and landlord Watt Development, headquartered in Wise, Va. The group’s address is 19737 Nordhoff Place. It also has offices in Canada, Belgium and Iran. Narcotics Anonymous meetings attract more than 63,000 individuals a week and are held in more than 132 countries.
