One of the three just-completed buildings in Valencia that make up the Valencia Gateway V project has been leased to Vision Media Management & Fulfillment, according to CBRE Group Inc. The Los Angeles real estate brokerage said Vision Media has leased a nearly 61,000-square-foot building at 27909 Hancock Parkway, one of the new buildings in the overall 255,000-square-foot project. Owners AEW Capital Management and Sheridan Ebbert Development broke ground on the site last May. “The project sits in an extremely tight industrial market, so new developments such as this one are in high demand,” said CBRE’s Doug Sonderegger, one of the leasing agents for the property. The concrete tilt-up buildings feature lots of glass, and they range between 61,000 and 105,000 square feet. Vision Media leased the smallest of the three. The new building is an expansion for the entertainment industry marketing and fulfillment firm, which also occupies a 175,000 square-foot property at 29125 Avenue Paine in Valencia. Sonderegger and fellow CBRE leasing agent Craig Peters negotiated the lease on behalf of AEW Capital and Sheridan Ebbert. Vision Media was represented by Dean Krieger at the Orange County offices of real estate firm Savills Studley.
